At The Military Store, we stand by the quality of our tactical gear and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
